How Patagonia Properties began
Patagonia Properties was born from the need to centralize real estate information in one of Chile's most beautiful and remote regions. The Aysen Region, spanning over 108,000 km2 of territory, is home to towns and cities along the Carretera Austral where real estate listings were scattered across multiple local agencies, websites, and informal publications.
For anyone looking to buy property in Chilean Patagonia, the process was frustrating: you had to visit dozens of different sites, deal with outdated information, and in many cases face a language barrier. Patagonia Properties was created to solve that problem.
